We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Account Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team and drive our success in the education sector. About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive / Account Development Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will deliver exceptional sales and marketing support, both in the field and directly with customers. Your focus will be on managing and enhancing a portfolio of existing clients and identifying opportunities to grow their accounts sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support stakeholder groups to formulate long-term ICT strategies.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and market analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive the expansion of client accounts by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our comprehensive suite of products and services.
  • Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction, becoming a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for your accounts.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A driven professional with proven experience in account management, preferably within the IT managed services sector.
  • Strong familiarity with the UK Education sector and a comprehensive understanding of DfE guidelines and policies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a full clean driving licence.
