Role Overview

The IT Technical Consultant will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, combining client-facing consultancy with technical acumen. The role involves consultancy, pre-sales technical design, project work, and support, both in office settings and at client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT audits and develop digital transformation strategies.
• Set technical standards and oversee IT infrastructure planning, including networks and cloud services.
• Provide high-level consultancy and technical support services.
• Participate in internal IT systems development and R&D projects.
• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to formulate technically proficient proposals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years in a similar IT consultancy role.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies, networking, VMWare, and related fields.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Ruckus Networking, HPE Aruba ACSP, Cisco CCNA, CWNA.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive technical designs and proposals.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
