Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing school networks and computer systems, performing both reactive and proactive maintenance on all ICT equipment, operating systems, and core applications.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support school networks and computer systems.
• Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with various teams within the company to resolve technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with school staff.
• Manage Windows Desktop and Windows Server OS, including DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Set up and deploy Google ChromeBooks and iPads.
• Support commercial sector clients when not working in schools.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows Server and related technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive work approach.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A personal car and valid driving license are essential.
• Enhanced DBS and barred list check required.
