You will drive profit and sales through a consultative approach while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will be providing control and visibility to support the delivery of digital transformation and IT strategies.
- Using phone, email, and social media to generate sales opportunities.
- Provide all team members with monthly forecasts and keep our Cloud CRM up to date.
- Establishing and maintaining new relationships with clients based on our portfolio of successful industrial technology solutions.
- Bringing in and keeping new clients through our Managed Services.
- Consistently maintaining a positive customer experience by working closely with all areas of the business.
- Video-conferencing and visiting clients at their offices.
- Develop and maintain structured customer account plans and IT roadmaps.
- Follow up on vendor-led marketing campaigns.
- Providing clients with detailed proposals and consulting with them.
- Serving as a point of escalation for all customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by working closely with all departments.
- Three years+ IT New Business sales experience.
- Knowledge of the UK IT channel and distribution model.
- Previous experience in IT Engineering
- Strong Technical understanding
- Track record of sales and target achievements
- IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Experience
- Must hold a full UK Driving License
- Excellent communication skills
