We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Administrator to join a global software provider in North West London. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the company's ongoing success. The salary for this position is up to £25,000, depending on your experience and skillset! 

Role Overview

You will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to the internal team and resellers whilst ensuring that all processed order documentation is categorised and processed efficiently by the order processing team. 


  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls/emails.
  • Recalling Installations and Order Fulfillment Teams as necessary.
  • Ensure that Order Processing Team queries are handled and escalated as needed.
  • Processing orders. 
  • Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to dated and filed correctly. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum one-year experience in a customer-focused role. 
  • Highly organised. 
  • An understanding of software licensing - Highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a sales environment is highly desirable. 

Person Specification:

  • Highly organised. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Multitasker.
