Recruitment Consultant (No Recruitment Experience Needed)

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to help us source and place IT, sales, marketing and operational staff across the EdTech and Education Industry. As an independent recruitment business, we have a close-knit and friendly culture and are keen to employ someone who fits in with our existing team.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements through regular communication to get a clear view of their hiring needs.
• Evaluate CVs and applications.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels such as databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library and Reed.
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
• Follow-up references and check credits
• You must be able to maintain and develop excellent working relationships with our current established client base.
• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
• Constantly striving to reach and exceed set KPIs.

Experience and Skills

• Experience working in an office environment. 
• Excellent Sales/Customer service skills
• Knowledge / Experience working in or with recruitment agencies is highly desirable but not essential! 
• Knowledge of the IT, Technology or EdTech sector is a bonus.
• An excellent work ethic and a collaborative team player.
