Role Overview

As the Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a variety of projects ranging from server and storage solutions to network, wireless, and security systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing internal coordination activities as well as liaising with clients to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, working closely with internal teams, clients, and third parties.
  • Ensure project progression aligns with set project plans.
  • Schedule and allocate resources to different phases of the project.
  • Assist the project team in onboarding new clients efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive project systems and documentation.
  • Produce management reports on project delivery KPIs.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety, Information, Environmental, and Quality guidelines.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator role.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and competent IT skills.
  • Driving License & Car Required. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying tasks.
  • Experience in the IT Sector is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information

The role will require occasional work at off-site locations. Compliance with standard checks, including Right to Work and an enhanced DBS check, will be a requirement for this role.
