With a robust turnover and a dedicated team, we are positioned for continued growth and are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to enhance our sales team in Bradford.  Working from home hybrid options and 25 days annual leave.

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned IT Sales Account Manager with a proven sales background, marked by a passion for business development, profitability, and growth. The ideal candidate will be driven, professional, and adept at building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new client opportunities while potentially overseeing and developing existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional service by understanding and catering to customer business needs and supply requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and account management in a B2B sales setting.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly and engaging personality.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the printer/office supplies or IT hardware sales sectors.
  • Familiarity with printer brands, products, and the competitive market landscape.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office.
