Based in Guildford, Surrey, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30k to £50k, plus uncapped commission.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager in our client's esteemed education technology team, you'll be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the education sector. Your role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with schools, understanding their needs, and providing tailored IT solutions. You'll be collaborating with marketing teams for strategic promotional initiatives and ensuring value for clients while maintaining profitable deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to connect and sell to educational institutions.
  • Cultivate new business relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Research new opportunities within the education sector.
  • Collaborate on promotional strategies to widen business reach.
  • Maintain a balance of profitability and value in transactions.
  • Generate leads and network for new opportunities.

Requirements/Experience:

  • 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in an MSP or related field.
  • Proven experience in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and products relevant to education.
