Account Manager – International Education Accounts – Central London – Excellent salary and commission plan
Are you an experienced Account Manager? Do you want to be part of a passionate and skilled team who are improving English literacy education around the world?
As the Account Manager, you will take ownership of 400 international school accounts across 65 countries. You will work closely with schools to ensure that they are making full use of the software, make them aware of new products and resources, and actively pursue subscription service renewals.
The role is in Central London and as the Account Manager, you will:
- Keep in regular contact with clients, monitoring accounts using Salesforce
- Book in and conduct online training sessions
- Chase subscription renewals and achieve quarterly renewal targets
You will receive:
- Commission package up to £10k
- 28 days holiday per year
- Train season ticket loan after 3 months
- £10 a month towards a health membership or purchase
As the Account Manager you will be highly motivated, organised, able to work independently and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You should be experienced in the use of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and it would be a bonus if you had account management experience in the education sector (but this is not essential).
