We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading cybersecurity services provider in Surrey, UK. This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to £55,000 plus commission!

Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the company's services within the UK territory.
Responsibilities
- Devise and execute a sales plan to discover and secure new business opportunities in the field of Technical & Cyber Security Services.
- Manage and develop a sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring that all potential opportunities are being pursued.
- Work with the Head of Commercial to enhance the business development department.
- Utilise sales teams and other growth initiatives to obtain new business and maintain a successful opportunity pipeline.
- Develop relationships with both new and current clients, highlighting the company's services to solve their problems.
- Utilise the software and other resources to hold meetings and demonstrate how the company can address their challenges.
- Develop proposals and contracts containing customised needs analysis statements based on client requirements.
- Ensure that products being sold align with customer-specific needs as much as possible.
- Monitor sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
- Provide training and support to colleagues in the company to ensure their continuous growth.
Requirements:
- 4 or more years of experience in B2B business development.
- Experience selling technical or cybersecurity products and services, ideally SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully developing sales at various levels within an organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to establish relationships with executives in the C-suite.
- Data-driven mentality with the capacity to analyse sales metrics.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
