B2B Business Development Consultant – Central London – Competitive Salary and Excellent Bonus Plan
This is a fantastic role for a driven, creative and articulate individual to join a credible business development agency in the Watford area,
The role is in the Watford area, with excellent transport links into the office, and as the Business Development Consultant, you will:
- Partner with corporate clients, building and developing relationships over the phone, converting cold calls into meetings
- Work across a broad portfolio of sectors
- Plan and prioritise business development activities to meet targets
- Influence, negotiate and close deals, leveraging different sales methods to secure meetings with new customers
You will receive:
- Generous target-based bonus / commission
- 30 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Christmas close-down for around 10 days
- Free onsite / offsite parking and a two-minute walk to a mainline station
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, and you must be confident when talking to corporate decision-makers of all levels.
You should be determined, resilient and proactive, with a solid amount of work experience in a business environment and have proficient IT / typing skills.
It would be a bonus if you had:
Some sales or business development experience where you have converted cold calls into meetings would be a bonus.
