Recruitment Manager

GreatFind Recruitment is a successful Technology focused recruitment business based in Harrow, 20 minutes from Central London.

We are looking for a talented leader to develop our sales function and manage our small office in Harrow. As an independent recruitment business, we have a close-knit and friendly culture and are keen to employ someone who fits in with our existing team.

This role is not for the faint-hearted: it will be a challenge but incredibly rewarding.

Responsibilities

• As well as running the sales operations on a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage a small team of recruiters: currently two people, but with planned growth for several additional staff members.
• Key aspects of the role will be mentoring, motivating, and leading the recruiters to maximise business opportunities and help them become better recruiters. An ability to build a successful team is essential.
• Your focus will be on managing growth, and you will need to be able to see the broader picture and have a keen eye for detail.
• The role is a non-billing position, but if the right candidate can develop business and make their placements alongside their management role, then movement is possible.
• You must be able to maintain and develop excellent working relationships with our current established client base and grow additional business.
• Manager vacancy pipeline, CRM and job board usage and ROI.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in managing a team of recruitment consultants in an agency is essential.
• You will be able to show past success in developing and leading a sales team in recruitment in any sector.
• Knowledge of the IT or Technology sector is a bonus.
• You should be commercially minded, with a previous track record of success in permanent and contract recruitment.
• A natural Recruitment Manager/Sales Leader who is either looking to continue their management career or looking for a step up from a Principal/ Senior Consultant/Team Lead role would be ideal.
